Explore one of Scotland’s most biodiverse nature reserves, with a remarkable collection of wildlife, flora and fauna

Discover the unique garden design, where each ‘garden room’ showcases a different gardening style and enjoy stunning views over the Galloway Hills and the Ken/Dee valley. Keep an eye out for soaring ospreys, red kites and peregrine falcons over the wetlands nature reserve

Make sure to look around the visitor centre and enjoy a pot of tea from the cafe!

We will finish off the day with a visit to to Gretna Gateway (rebranded as Caledonia Park Designer Outlet) for a spot of shopping before heading home

Itinerary

Morning departure from the local area, we reach Threave House, Gardens & Nature Reserve for approximately 11.00am. You will have 3 hours here to enjoy the tranquillity of the reserve, visitor centre and centre before rejoining the coach at 2.00pm. We then venture to Caledonia Park Designer Outlet where you will have until 4.30pm to spend at leisure. At 4.30pm we ask all passengers to board the coach ready for our journey home.
