Thank you so much for supporting our trip with young people. The minibus you sent was pristine and extremely comfortable. The driver was excellent - we felt completely safe the whole time and several young people even managed to fall asleep on the relatively short journey back. My husband and I did the London mini break a couple of weeks ago.  I have to say that our driver was amazing.  Not only a very good driver but also a very good guide and remained very professional and good humoured when we had a bit of a problem with the coach and then with the closure of the M6 on the way home - she handled both situations so competently.  She is a lovely lady and a credit to your company.

Our journey with Reays worked like clockwork, the driver arrived 15 minutes early at the pickup point and was very polite and helpful.  He also diverted to miss a traffic jam which meant we arrived at our destination on time.  He was at the return pickup point on time and when we got back he checked the coach to ensure we had all our belongings.

We will be using Reays in the future as the service is excellent.

I would like to leave a review for the drivers, we had a journey booked in with reays to Manchester and back and the drivers we had were probably the best drivers I have ever had a on a coach trip, they were both friendly and patient we had a bus of woman on a hen who were very loud throughout the journey and the drivers never complaint once just let us enjoy our night, I would highly recommend reays to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future thank you very much for your services

However, in light of the terrible accident that happened in Somerset, I also wanted to pass on our gratitude for getting us safely to and from our destination. I was on the Year 6 trip and I would not have wanted to drive on some of the narrow country roads. We travelled down to Birmingham with a team of youngsters for a National Bell Ringing competition with Reays.  It was a long and tiring day for us but the coach journeys there and back were very smooth and relaxing. I booked the mini coach to transport my bridesmaids, flowergirls and important family members on my wedding day, there were 10 in total. The interior was leather and it as a large sunroof, very luxurious! It made everyone feel special and added to the atmosphere going to and from the church.

The driver was also friendly and accommodating.

Definitely one of the best hire choices of my wedding day.

Hi, Could you please pass on our thanks to the driver who is the Reays school bus driver between cleator moor and st benedicts school. My daughter was late getting out of class this afternoon and when she got outside the bus was ready to leave,  when the driver saw her he reopened the doors for her to get on. She is autistic and has selective mutism so wouldn't have been able to thank him herself but was very grateful he let her on. Its good to know that someone is looking out for her as shes very anxious about getting the bus to and from school. Please pass on our thanks to him if possible

We used Reays to  transport our  hen party group of 36 to and from the airport. The drivers were Polite, friendly and really accommodating, which made the whole experience so much smoother. We were really impressed with how flexible they were, making several last-minute adaptations without any fuss. We recently travelled with Reays and were very impressed with the service. Our driver was extremely helpful and considerate, adjusting the collection and drop-off points to ensure the safety and convenience of our children.

They drove with great care and attention, which was especially important for some of our children who experience travel sickness. The driver was also very patient as we loaded 67 children onto the coach, making sure everyone was safely belted and ready to go, and was very understanding when we were slightly delayed.

Our driver, arrived early to our school. When we went out, he said he'd had the heaters on to warm the bus up for us. He introduced himself to me and gave me his mobile number, should I need it at any point. He explained clearly where he was going to park to drop us off and collect us, he also said where he would be parked during our visit.

Once everyone was seated, he explained to the adults where the emergency exits were.

Our visit was shorter that anticipated so I messaged John to ask him to collect us slightly earlier, he replied immediately then sent another message when he was at the collection point.

All of the accompanying adults commented on how helpful and polite the driver was.

We recently used the services of Reays to transport our Under 12's Cheerleading team, parents and coaches to a competition in Edinburgh. Both drivers were very professional, smartly dressed and very friendly. The bus was immaculate, lovely reclining leather seats and charging points.

The girls loved the coloured lights on the return journey when it was dark and the fact that the driver let them play their own music, it made their day! 

Big thankyou for collection later than planned, he went out of his way to help us and kept in touch with his plans, he even pulled up right outside our venue to collect us as it was raining and we had luggage with us.

Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Please pass on our thanks to both drivers, but especially the manager who went out of his way to accommodate our request, the journey home was a fantastic one as the girls were all on a high

I hope you're all well.  I'm just emailing to pass on an unbelievably big thank you to one of your drivers. On Friday 21st March, my grandma, who has just turned 87, had a bad fall.

A kind lady helped her and took her back home on the Reays town hopper bus.

When getting on the bus, the lady told the driver that my grandma had a fall, I cannot believe the kindness he showed. I don't live in the Wigton area anymore but it brings me so much happiness that people like this are around to look out for her.

I asked my grandma if she had his name. If there's any way my thanks could be passed on to him, I would really appreciate it! I also wanted to let you know as his employer what a great person he is.
