3. Competition opens at 6pm on 21st November 2022. Competition closes at 11.00pm on 24th November 2022.

4. Any applications received before or after these times will not be considered.

5. No employees, their families or agencies of Reays Coaches Ltd are eligible to apply.

6. No purchase is necessary to apply.

7. Reays Coaches Ltd has the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice.

8. By entering the competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. To enter, comment on the relevant competition post on Facebook answering the question and/or leave a comment on the relevant Instagram competition post answering the question.

11. Data submitted within this competition will not be shared with any third parties.

12. Use of an automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

One winner will be chosen at random from all of the entrants from Facebook and Instagram after the competition closes, and will be contacted via a reply to their winning comment and a direct message in order to arrange delivery of their prize – 3 Polar Express Tickets for the 27^th of November 2022 with the with a value of £158.85 + an extra fee of £4.00 each if a west coast pick-up is required. Reays Coaches will let the prize winner know the times when prize is collected.

14. Reays Coaches Ltd reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

15. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Reays Coaches Ltd, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

16. Reays Coaches Ltd reserves the right to cancel this competition and entry process at any stage, or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice or compensation, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.

17. Should the competition be cancelled, Reays Coaches Ltd is not liable for any loss of money or expense incurred by entrants or the winner.

18. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Reays Coaches Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize at any time without notice.

20. The position and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

21. The winner will need to provide their address, telephone number and email address in order to claim their prize.
