Mon 12th May

Travel south to Gloucester, here we have time at leisure to visit the historic docks or perhaps the Cathedral. We leave late afternoon and travel the short distance to our hotel, the Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase, arriving in ample time to freshen up before dinner.

Tue 13th May

After breakfast we venture on a scenic full day tour of the northern Cotswolds including the jewel of the Cotswolds, Broadway, then on to Stow on the Wold, an ancient wool market town before our final destination, Bourton on the Water described as the Little Venice of the Cotswolds. We return to the hotel for dinner.

Wed 14th May

Today we head via Tetbury with its Royal connections to the historic city of Bath, a world heritage site. Here you will have time at leisure before returning to Cheltenham, via the picturesque Stroud Valley. Dinner served in the hotel.

Thu 15th May

Today we have a full day tour through the South Cotswolds for an included visit to magnificent Blenheim Palace, the ancestral home and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. We return to the hotel for dinner.

Fri 16th May

After breakfast, we say farewell to our hosts at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel and return home.
