Two thousand years of history, myth and legend rush by in 90 minutes as we join young Arthur on his epic quest. Rebellions, wars, magic, majesty, celebration and heartache are vividly brought to ground-shaking life in a dazzling outdoor-theatre spectacular.

 

From Boudicca’s battles with the Romans to two world wars, via Vikings, Tudors and the fate of Charles I, Kynren’s a spellbinding, family-friendly experience delivering thrills, shocks, tears, laughs, goosebumps and gasps on a truly cinematic scale.

 

Tickets are located in the 'Standard' section.

Performance starts at 7:45PM.

 

The show starts at sunset and finishes in starlight.

 

It takes detailed planning and organisation to provide a smooth arrival for the 8,000 visitors we expect at each performance, and to channel everyone efficiently from the shuttle bus drop off point on our site through security and ticket checks, all the way to their seats. The guidelines are designed to ensure all our 8,000 visitors can get to their seats in time for the start of the show, should all 8,000 arrive at the same time!

 

• Under 5s go free if seated on an adult’s knee. They pay for coach travel only

• Child Tickets are available if 12 years and under; children must be accompanied by an adult

 

 

 

Kynren opens at least 3 hours before the show starts to give our visitors plenty of time to enjoy or pre-show attractions:

• Viking Village - Step into the Viking Village, where history comes alive in vivid detail. Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and stories of the Viking era as you explore this pre-show attraction at Kynren.

• 1940’s Bar & Food Village – Enjoy food and drink, most of which comes from, and is served by, local suppliers.

• Georgian Shop - Discover a treasure trove of gifts and collectables from souvenir books, children's costumes and Kynren branded clothing, to artwork, toys and games.

• Animal Croft - Before the show begins why not take the opportunity to meet and greet Kynren’s cast of animals? Our team of animal handlers will be happy to introduce you to the stars of the animal cast including our Kynren geese, sheep and friendly goats.
