The Great Yorkshire Show is one of England’s biggest and most celebrated agricultural events, held every July at the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate.

 

Passengers travelling with Reays Coaches can expect a full and lively day out surrounded by livestock competitions, equine displays, machinery exhibitions, craft stalls, and delicious local food and drink. Once inside, visitors can explore cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, and heavy horse shows, watch thrilling main ring performances such as show-jumping and the famous Atkinson Action Horses, and sample Yorkshire’s finest produce in the Food Hall and Cookery Theatre. There are also family-friendly attractions, including the Discovery Zone, rural crafts, and live demonstrations.

Itinerary:

Departing the local area early morning, arriving at the Great Yorkshire show with plenty of time to enjoy England's premier agricultural event. The event is held at the Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate. We will leave the show at around 17.00 pm for your journey home.

The Great Yorkshire Show features the best of British farming and is England’s premier agricultural show. Held at the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate it gives first-hand experience of agriculture and rural life through demonstrations and exhibitions as well as a ‘not to be missed’ insight into the very latest in the agricultural industry.

 

Organised by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society (YAS), it is held each July and attracts around 130,000 visitors over the three days.
