Step back in time at The Living Museum of the North
Beamish is a world famous open air museum that tells the story of life in North East England during the 1820s, 1900s, 1940s and 1950s.
Spread over 300 acres of beautiful County Durham countryside, visitors will meet costumed folk who proudly recollect fascinating stories of their heritage.
With so many things to see, Beamish is a wonderful day out for all ages!
Saturday
Departing from the local area, we embark on our journey into the past. Arriving at approximately 11.00am, you then have the fully day to enjoy exploring Beamish, the Living Museum and all it has to offer whilst telling the story of life in North East England during the 1820s, 1900s, 1940s, 1950s. We ask all passengers re-join the coach at 5.00pm for the return journey.
Please be aware that there may be walking involved throughout the day, we recommend sensible shoes and if you require assistance then please make the Reays Team aware on booking.
Drop off and collection points may have to be changed on the date of travel, the driver will liaise with passengers should this happen.
