We will depart Cumbria in the morning and begin our journey to Manchester, making a comfort stop along the way. Upon arrival, we will visit The Quays, where you will have the opportunity to explore the striking architecture of IWM North and its surrounding waterfront area. Later in the afternoon, we will continue to our hotel, where there will be time to relax and settle in before enjoying our evening meal.

After breakfast, we will head to the Manchester Museum of Transport, where we will spend approximately two hours exploring its fascinating collection. The remainder of the afternoon will be free for you to enjoy Manchester at your leisure.
We will return to the hotel late afternoon, giving you time to relax before our evening meal.

This morning, it is time to say farewell to your hosts as we begin our journey home. Before departing Bolton, we will visit the Bolton Steam Museum, where you will have time to explore. We will then continue our journey home.

Repurposed as a hotel in 1966, the Grade II listed building was originally a doctor's surgery called Hilton House. While no longer the case, guests are still treated to the finest care.
