We have just returned from our trip to London on your VIP Carlisle United Coach, I just wanted to thank you and your team for a fantastic journey! The coach itself was the perfect way to travel down to London and back and everyone felt the benefit of such a spacious and confortable coach.

I would like to thank Jenna and Chris for all their help in organising the trip, they were very helpful and everything ran on time and smoothly!

Our driver for the trip was fantastic and is a credit to your Company, he was so professional and helpful that we felt as though he was a part of our group he really made everyone feel very comfortable and went the extra mile in ensuring our enjoyment during the trip.

If we are lucky enough too rganise another trip of this sort again next year we will certainly be rebooking with your Company and hiring C1UFC as we're now spoilt, but will also definately insist on having the same driver. Everyone felt he really made the trip and his knowledge of London meant that we had our own personal tour guide he was just brilliant!

I would have no hesitation in recommending your Company to family, friends and colleagues.

I just wanted to write a quick thank you to commend your driver who recently took our school party to France with PGL.

I am a serving Police Officer and went with the school as my partner is the head teacher. I cannot thank the driver enough for the way he entertained both staff and Children on the Trip to Hardelot on the 5th Sept. His enthusiasm throughout helped the trip be a very enjoyable and memorable time for the Children. A driver can make or break your Holiday and he went a long way in making the time the Children had in France very enjoyable.

Please could you pass on my thanks. I know other staff thought the same and were impressed by his professionalism throughout. He is a credit to your company. I have to say throughout the safety of the Children was always his priority and he did it in a way that caught the Children's imagination making it easier to get the message across.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company if all your drivers are like him. Can I also make a quick reference to another of your drivers who was there with Goosnargh Oliversons. He too showed the professionalism that your company no doubt expects but both went above and beyond to make that trip that bit extra special.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a HUGE thank you to our driver, on the visit to Beamish on Friday.

He proved to be an excellent driver – friendly, courteous and extremely helpful throughout the whole of the day.   Nothing was too much trouble, he assisted our group on and off the coach at every point and insisted that we take our time throughout the day – never rushing the group to get back on the coach, or trying to ‘clock watch’.

I can honestly say I have never heard so many positive comments from a group of people, as I did on Friday, in relation to his presence on the day.

He truly is an asset to your organisation!

formally thank our driver, His driving was excellent and the service he provided was fabulous, he greeted everyone that got on the bus personally, told us exactly the routes we would be taking and made our guests feel very special.

Each and everyone of our passengers commented on how good he was and if we ever book another trip I will be personally ask for him to drive us.

We have returned safe from Bavaria, and I would like to thank you for once more looking after our transport needs to effectively. The coach was excellent and gave us a very easy ride on the long trip out and back.

Hello,

I recently organised and lead a group of students to go to Spain on a Water sports holiday with the company PGL, and we were lucky enough to have your coach company as our transport to, from and during our holiday. I would like to say what a privilege it was to be allocated your coach company for our holiday, both myself staff and pupils could not speak higher of the standards, professionality and general attitude of your staff.

As a school we have used many coach companies for excursions etc, and yours has been the best, by far!

All the drivers are a credit to your company and went above and beyond to make sure are trip was enjoyable and they definately succeeded. Just wanted to mention a couple of incidents were your staff went above and beyond:-

*Both of them were approachable, funny and professional in all accounts, the messages over the microphone meant that myself as group leader did not have to, their attention to detail was fantastic. They were very funny aswell and had the pupils and staff smiling constantly

*The driver on the return journey did everything in his power to avoid traffic jams on way back and avoided around 2hrs of delays, and when I asked if we could possibly stop at a services that had a McDonalds for the pupils, he contacted his wife, who went on the internet to see which services on his route had a McDonalds.

I would highly recommend your coach company to anyone, as a PE teacher we use many coaches, yours has been the most professional. I hope that you pass this message onto the drivers and let them know the impact they had on our school trip. Hopefully I will be running the same trip next year and will definitely insist that we have your company as our transport.

Hello, we have just been on a school trip to the South of France and the transport was done by your company. So i am sending you this e-mail to say a big thank you to the drivers we had. They have been the best drivers i have ever had on all school trips i've been on. They did everything they could to help us and to make it the best trip for us.

The two guys are a laugh they join in with the whole coach doing many things, such as: singing, jokes, pranks, they supplied music and DVDs, drinks and many more. They are the best coach drivers we have experienced with. I hope i will see them in the future still driving and making many other peoples lives fun, just like ours. We've had some good memories with these guys.

Hi, I just thought I would send a quick email to let you know about the great service I have received on my latest bus journey with you.  I must admit that all your drivers are very polite and friendly but I found this driver was brilliant.

The details on my ticket are Driver number 30B Route 64 Journey 1450 Ticket no 1850.  The driver was extremely helpful and friendly and I would appreciate it if you could let his supervisor know that.  I find that people are too quick to make a complaint when they are not happy with service they have received but not many appreciate good customer service and working in customer service myself it is nice to know that you are appreciated.

As a school we have just returned from an extremely successful trip to the south of France and would like to pass on our gratitude to our two drivers. Both drivers built up excellent rapport with all 36 of our pupils as well as the 4 staff, and made the holiday an enjoyable experience for all.

From the departure through to arriving back at school today, both drivers went above and beyond their duties and were flexible in order that the holiday was a success. All students enjoyed the interaction, with the two drivers even spending some time passing the football with the pupils on the beach during their time off. Their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm allowed the staff to relax throughout, as they always made time to contact us to talk through any drives that we were going on.

The two drivers formed a great partnership, one that would be successful on any trips/ tours,  and due to the experience I would definately recommend your company to other schools. The pupils have already requested the same two drivers when we go on the trip again next year!

Our driver was great too. I was asleep when he left us at Stafford so unfortunately didn’t get chance to thank him. Perhaps you would let him know how much we all enjoyed his company.

Having just returned from a PGL holiday with a group of students, I am writing to congratulate you on the quality and professionalism of your drivers.
Both were always cooperative and obliging and communicated very effectively when circumstances changed throughout the week.
They were also very friendly and kept the students and staff informed regarding directions and routes. Both were very calm and unflappable when faced with problems  and anticipated issues regarding possible traffic jams etc.
The quality of the coach that you provided was well suited to our needs and the extra space was much appreciated.

I had to email you to tell you not only was your coach better than we had previously used but your driver, was an absolute treasure. The kids liked him, the staff liked him and he was very professional and courteous.

I recently took a school group on a water sports adventure to the South of France with two of your drivers.  I would just like to congratulate them on the job they did for us, they fantastic. Having had a poor experience with different coach drivers in the past and only then really appreciating how big an impact the drivers can have upon the experience, I would like to say that I, the other staff and our pupils could not have been happier with our treatment from our drivers. Your drivers are excellent at what they do, very hospitable, always accommodating and have excellent people skills. Please accept this letter of thanks, regarding the two drivers who accompanied a recent school trip to Spain. They were without doubt the best coach drivers I have ever come into contact with. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Our trip would not have been such a success without their professional approach.

They showed patience and respect towards everyone they came into contact with. They set an example to all our pupils who I am happy to say, behaved exceptionally well. The pupils showed their appreciation by presenting a large collection of gifts to them. Just wanted to say as someone who commutes in & out of Carlisle each weekday by car, what a marked difference there is between the attitude of your drivers and other providers.

Because my husband and I have now noticed a few times just how reasonable they are in letting vehicles out and allowing traffic to run freely rather than stubbornly blocking routes, exits etc I wanted to send an email to let you know it's not just your actual customers that notice good service!

I have run many ski trips over my years of teaching and always say that the coach drivers play a integral part in the success of any holiday. Over the years we have worked with many personable and helpful coach drivers, but I must say that your drivers are certainly amongst the best!

Being wheelchair bound and not getting a bus in more that ten years I attempted on my own to get the new 64a service from my home on the Beeches. The driver went out of his way to help. He dropped me right outside where I needed to be, the bus was clean and accessible with space for my wheelchair and ramps.

Hello there,

I would like to praise your company for providing our school trip with two highly experienced drivers. We felt safe and well looked after for the duration of our two day trip to London. At one point of the journey there was an incident on the M1 which involved many emergency services. The bus drivers were able to 'shield' the students view of the incident by driving carefully alongside a lorry which blocked the students' view. The high level of care was shown in every aspect of bus driving as the journey continued. If we use your company again in the future I would like to request the same drivers - they are a credit to your company and deserve recognition for their skills.

Just to let you know we had an excellent trip to London. The hotel was ideal, people were very pleased with it. All our arrangement worked really well and the coach was very comfortable. We have just returned from a trip to La Fosca in Spain. Your coaches and drivers were first class. We travelled on two single decker coaches.

The drivers couldn't do enough to make the trip enjoyable. The coaches were kept clean and tidy throughout the trip, though the relief driver who took us from the north of England commented on how clean the coach was!

Thanks again I would recommend Reays for any other trips to the continent. The coaches are perfect for school parties.

From the moment he arrived to collect us at school, he had such a professional and amiable manner, we were very impressed.He was both professional with the adults and children alike. I would like to say a huge thank you to you and your staff for a fantastic holiday to Paris May half term.
 
First of all the coach was amazing with lots of legroom and great facilities - each member of staff was rewarded with a seat to themself!!

I would most of all like to thank our main driver who definately was/is a legend!! He was extremely professional, accommodating and friendly.
