We have just returned from a trip to La Fosca in Spain. Your coaches and drivers were first class. We travelled on two single decker coaches.

The drivers couldn't do enough to make the trip enjoyable. The coaches were kept clean and tidy throughout the trip, though the relief driver who took us from the north of England commented on how clean the coach was!

Thanks again I would recommend Reays for any other trips to the continent. The coaches are perfect for school parties.

Last week we travelled to France with one of your coaches and your driver. I wish to congratulate you on such a superb driver and service.

From the moment he arrived to collect us at school, he had such a professional and amiable manner, we were very impressed.He was both professional with the adults and children alike. He was friendly and when approached to undertake a couple of extra journeys he was very helpful and well natured about it.

The coach was extremely well kept and comfortable and the whole journey was enjoyable. I have nothing but praise for him and your company, I hope that we shall have the pleasure of travelling with you again.

I would like to say a huge thank you to you and your staff for a fantastic holiday to Paris May half term.
 
First of all the coach was amazing with lots of legroom and great facilities - each member of staff was rewarded with a seat to themself!!
 
Thank you to the driver for the safe journey to and from Dover.
 
I would most of all like to thank our main driver who definately was/is a legend!! He was extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. He supported both myself, staff and pupils on a very rewarding holiday. We could not have asked for a nicer driver and a cleaner coach. I would also like to thank him for his kind words towards our pupils.

I have just returned from a trip to the South of France and, as usual, am writing to tell you that I am very very impressed with the drivers who looked after us.

The shuttle driver was very helpful and positive with both me and the children.

The two coach drivers who drove us to the South of France and back were also helpful and very accommodating at all times, they were fantastic with the pupils, always keen to join them and have a laugh with them.

I am very keen to keep using your coach company because you always send me drivers who seem to like the company of young people which is brilliant.

Dear Sir

We recently went on a ski / snowboard trip coach trip to Sansicario, Italy.  We had the great privilege of being allocated Giovanni as our representative and Reays coaches for transport. 

I would like to commend the transport.  We found the coach to be of a high standard and this ensured the journey was as good as a 20 hour journey could be.  But most of all I would like to commend your coach drivers, all of which exceeded my high standards.  I would especially like to commend the main drivers for the trip.  Always polite and willing to help they felt like members of staff throughout the trip and made the students feel safe and comfortable throughout.  I can not say how grateful I am to them both, so please pass on this email of my thanks.

I have run school trips for 10 years and organised around 20 trips from New York to the south of France.  I can honestly say your representative and the drivers made it the best trip so far.

We have booked the same trip next year with 76 students so would require 2 coaches and I hope we are allocated the same coach company and especially the same Representative and drivers.

Just been on a trip to the  WW1 Battlefields with one of your drivers. I would just like to say what a brilliant job he did. His driving was excellent, manoevering some tight corners ad finding places to park. He was also good company.

We have recently been on a ww1 battlefields tour on one of your coaches and I am writing to let you know how excellent the driver was.  He was so informative, very polite and welcoming.  We had three teenagers on the trip with us and the driver was marvellous with them showing us things we would never had seen if it wasn’t for his vast knowledge.

We are hoping to book another coach trip later in the year and would definitely consider your company if all drivers are as good.

Dear All

Thanks for all you did for us on the epic Wembley trip. It was a brilliant experience for us all and one we will remember for ever.
I watched the game through last night, and have looked at loads of pictures and video's as well, and you keep popping up on them. Bet you never thought you would be "on the bench" for a Wembley cup final.

Dear Sir,

Having just returned from a trip to France I would like to pass on my thanks to one of your drivers. The trip involved the Battlefields of the Somme, the driver was an added bonus to the tour, his knowledge of the surrounding areas due to previous excursions was extremely helpful. He not only did the job of driving us safely and comfortably, he pointed out areas of interest and answered many many questions that helped us understand the subject we were interested in.
Instead of disappearing in the evening which many driver's do, he joined in with us and hopefully we made him feel part of our small group.

I am writing to you to comment on the fantastic service we received from your company, the coach was immaculate, and especially our driver, on our school’s recent trip to France. It was the first trip our school has undertaken abroad and the knowledge and enthusiasm shown by your driver was a huge benefit, especially when tackling passport control on both sides.

More importantly though was his rapport with the all the children and staff on the trip. Even the nervous passengers were made to feel safe! He was always willing to support any of us including using his knowledge of previous trips to aid in the planning of activities, and was willing to get stuck in.

We have been on quite a few coach holidays both here and abroad, some have been ok some have been really bad and this last one was excellent and all thanks to your drivers. We went from Wigan to London and had a fantastic time even took the weather with us ...they were very professional keeping us informed on everything that was going on, the uniform was a nice touch as well. It shows a good reputable company which I am sure you are and it shows, we want these drivers to do all our trips in the future if only that was possible. As I said to our driver, it doesn't come any better than this. They were not only brilliant drivers who knew their jobs inside out, they did it with good humour and great skill.
