SCHOOLS PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

 

At Reays we regularly track our hire prices to make sure we offer the most competitive price every time.

If you find your quoted hire available to book, with another provider at a lower price, we will guarantee to price match, subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

Terms and Conditions

 

1. The Price Match Guarantee applies to identical private hire quotes  (i.e. same vehicle size and specification, dates, duration, departure times, number of passengers travelling) immediately available and accurately priced.

2. The price match guarantee can only apply where we have vehicle availability to complete the requested hire.

3. The Price Match Guarantee request can only be applied where we see written confirmation (copy of the quotation, screen shot, URL or other evidence of a lower price with a competitor that can be confirmed by our customer services team) of the identical private hire quote.

4. The person responsible for making the booking (lead name) must make the guarantee claim.

5. The private hire you are asking us to Price Match must be from a legitimate coach hire company.

6. The rate applicable to the hire you are asking us to Price Match must be available to the general public and cannot include in its price any money off coupons, corporate discounts, promotional vouchers or offers or bulk-buy discounts.

7. Reays Coaches or any other customer must be able to obtain the same price without being a member or part of any loyalty scheme.

8. The hire you are asking to Price Match must be in pounds sterling.
